Front Desk Administrator


Home Vision Real Estate is a constantly growing Real Estate Brokerage with a lot of opportunity for growth. We are a team of experienced Real estate Agents focused on growing Business by providing incredible Service to our clients. And we are looking for Experienced Front Desk Administrator to help busy agents in their day-to-day activities.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage incoming phone calls and provide assistance to clients
  • Book , schedule, reschedule or cancel property showings & appointments
  • Add/edit MLS listings on TRREB
  • Maintain office files- (Sale/Purchase/Lease) and follow closing protocol according to the checklists.
  • Assist in office duties as required by the management.


Job requirements:

  • Must have 1 yr experience as an office admin in Real Estate Brokerage, applications without prior experience will be automatically rejected.
  • Must have experienced working with TRREB MLS system, Web Forms, Authentisign & Broker Bay


Skills required:

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and task prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent



Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour




  • On-site parking

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required



  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday


Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay



  • Real Estate office: 1 year (required)


Work Location: One location
